No problem with the coffee. However, 90% of the time I go there I receive the worst customer service, especially from the angry looking redhead. I'd call her out but she seems the type to spit in your coffee. They need to clean up house over there, starting with most of their female staff. Horrible manners around customers and constantly talking negativity about other people within earshot. Oh and having the window shut in my face after receiving my coffee is beyond rude. I could go on but I think I've made my point clear. This location does not place customer service high on their priority list or hiring quality staff to enforce this.
Do its are best very early morning and as far as coffee goes it's the best when you add your own cream and sugar. The people are very friendly there. Plus I have a big advantage on most Iive next door
I think that Eric and Seth can make my coffee not much people can. The store manager messed up on my order. I think that some people that don't know how to be a cashier should be trained again no matter where they are in the business

Today I went through the drive through and I have to have decaf coffee.. which is what I ordered. Well when I got to the window I could tell this young blonde girl had a bit of an attitude (just my first impression.) Well I always ask the person at the window "just double checking, this is decaf, right?" Well the girl was a real jerk the way she answered my question, she was so snippy and I was a total pain in her butt. She was a real know it all jerk. I ended up driving away because I just couldn't stand hearing her replies after I spoke anymore. I spoke.. she just kept replying in snide ways. Maybe she's having a bad day, maybe she shouldn't be in customer service, I don't know which one is true but I know she still didn't answer my initial question "this is a decaf coffee right?" (Ps- I ask this every time because it is important that I do not get caffeine coffee due to panic attacks and one time in a drive through someone did accidently give me caffeine.. so I just ask nicely each time to make sure the order is correct.
