Very very nice place. Loved the food and the staff was super friendly. All the food was seasoned to perfection but unfortunately the steaks were not cooked as ordered. My only other complaint would be having to wait in the cold for a table to open (about 30 min). Would I go back? Yes
UPDATE: I have been back several times since and each time gets better. The food is great and the service is impeccable. I also have found getting here earlier helps with the wait. Can't wait to go back.
We stopped here on a road trip back home after a long move, and were really excited to have a great dinner. However once we were seated, our waitress Jessica did not come up to see us for at least ten minutes. The strange part was that we were sitting at the booth RIGHT NEXT TO HER. She was sitting on a stool pulled up next to the booth behind us, chatting and gossiping with her friends rather than walking around attending to her tables. When our salad came out, she shouted the other waiters name across the restaurant from her stool rather than standing up to check on our food or bring it over herself. She spent our whole meal sitting there chatting rather than actually serving as a waitress at all. Essentially she was picking up a paycheck while acting like a customer, going on and on about her list of things to do, how sleepy she was, etc.... Awful experience! UPDATE: After we spoke to the manager, and requested a new server, she continued to wait our table and was rude the whole time. She stood at the bar three feet away and loudly discussed me with two other waitresses, all of whom were throwing dirty looks my way the entire time. Absolutely AWFUL experience. Degrading and wrong, as she was the one not doing her job in the first place.
Been here multiple times, food is good if you eat in. I ordered take out a week ago that wasnt cooked properly. The steak was supposed to be medium well, it was still pink was hell when I got it home. They gave me a free meal to take home the next time I came in and both meals I ordered for my brother and I were still pink n bloody inside. Went again tonight n it was perfect but I ate in and didn't do carryout. 3 steaks and neither cooked correctly. Usually they do pretty well but the to takeout isn't good imo.
My family has been coming here since they opened. The food is good most of the time. Lately they have been lacking in the kitchen with the food. But overall good service.
Steaks were good, but not cooked the way we had ordered them. Our waitress needed to get it together or go home. Apparently she'd had a bad experience at a prior table & was not pleasant to any of her tables around us and including us.
