So I then get the ones I was told will work. I then have to get back in line to pay. Go out to put them on the car. There was no offer to help. I spent 20 minutes trying to get them to fit. They did not match the car. So I have to get in line again to tell them they do not fit.
Very knowledgeable employee's and so helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
They go out to try to make them fit. They do not. Then I have to get in line again for a refund. Apparently they gave me the wrong ones and only had 1 of the right one in stock. So they asked me if I wanted to buy 1. I said no that is ridiculous so they gave me a refund. 40 minutes wasted for wipers.
Wasted 40 minutes of my life I will never get back. Slow and rude. I went to buy wipers for my Ford Escape. They had no book or lookup system for the wipers. So I had to get in line and wait for an attendant to tell me which one to buy.
5 people behind the counter, 4 customers in line. 3 of the 5 workers were more concerned with tag-team opening a small package that just arrived, claiming it was "just like Christmas morning". one worker asked them to stop and assist us customers in line - they did not. bought item online for "express" pick up. was there for 20 min.
Horrible. Waited in line 4 times
Went down the street to Advance Auto. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They even helped with the wipers. Much better wipers and they were cheaper too. Better off going to Advance.
Staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help. Was a very pleasant visit.
And it will help you in any way they can and will install batteries and will test your alternator for free and help you put on your windshield wipers for free and employees are nice and helpful.
