They really don't know the insurance process, at least not mine - made an appointment as a new patient - after telling me they accepted my insurance, at the appointment I was told they don't accept the insurance - my insurance shows them in network, it was a big confusion mostly due to their lack of knowing how to process the insurance claim, long story short I didn't to see a dentist - after figuring it all out, as I was confused, I tried to make another appointment - but couldn't get anything for 4 months -- long story short they aren't interested in new patients, just a heads up to anyone considering them for your new dentist and I was actually recommended to them - oh well moving on.
This dentist is totally unprofessional. He lists himself in insurance programs that he does not belong to. Very shady.
