The "Dr." That I had named, Ed, was not professional at all. I came to the walk in feeling symptoms of a UTI or bladder infection and the Dr. Was laughing in my face the entire time I was in the exam room stating it was just period symptoms. I did not feel very comfortable and will never return to that place just because of the unprofessionalism. It was highly rude and uncalled for. Thank you for making a patient feel so confident and safe...
Came in 7:07 pm tonight young lady said they were backed up over a hour and they closed at 8:00pm No cars in the parking lot nobody in waiting area so I go online to the sign in app said wait time 15 mins smh with a sick child running a fever I was forced to bring her back out in the rain to go to ambient care where they had a line and actual patients but were nice enough to not turn my child away
Even though the staff was very friendly this last visit, my children have been misdiagnosed a few times at this place now. Will try to make sure we don't have to visit here again.
Registering online and following their instructions about when to get there to be seen, means nothing you will be put at the end of the line when you get there so just go an register when you walk in. I made the mistake of registering and waiting an hour like I was instructed. I COULD HAVE BEEN THERE ALREADY AND BEEN SEEN!
Came in on the weekend, Doctor was nice, but lady at the desk seemed to have an attitude. The other staff members were friendly and helpful. Dr who was in answered all my questions and did the best to get me treated.
