Dr. Anthony is great and all the front desk staff and medical staff are very friendly and helpful. We're very happy with this practice.
Kids go here. Only problem is it is hard to communicate with anyone over the phone. Calls often go unreturned.
Was a great experience, till we changed our insurance. Called to get a prescription filled and they dropped my children faster then I could get the paperwork together over a change in insurance. Yes their physicals are current and we were regular patients Pray I don't have an emergency anytime soon. Never will I return to one of their facilities after this experience.
The Doctor was amazing, everything you would hope for in a pediatrician, the front desk was quick and friendly. Basically everything was wonderful till we got called back and the nurse was 100% the rudest person I have ever met in my life. She was angry and yelling at my 5 year old. She had absolutely no patience for children and should have never been hired. But could see how she was because as other doctors and nurses walked in, her attitude completely changed. I felt like we were in the Cinderella story. When it came time that she needed to prick my sons finger to get blood for the lead test, she Took the instrument that collects the blood off of the petri dish and put it right on to the dirty table before touching my kids opened wound with it! Then she tried for about 10 seconds to get blood when she said she couldn't and needed to prick him again and he was already screaming profusely because she was squeezing him and holding his arm backwards so that he could move, so when she said she was going to prick him again if he didn't sit still I told her I wanted a different nurse to do it and she threw a fit and said that all the other nurses were at lunch and that I would have to wait till they came back, and I told her that was fine, I would wait. So she came right back in 5 mins and the new nurse she brought had no issues getting blood and actually said he was an easy child to draw blood from, but my child was scared to death of the whole experience now just beacuse of the aweful nurse Hernandez
Our children have been followed by Dr. Anthony over the past 7 years. We have always received excellent service and care. Our girls even look forward to seeing Dr. Anthony. The staff have been friendly and attentive to our children's needs as well as ours when we have questions or concerns. Great job!
