Incredible experience with these people. I often order flowers at the last minute from Va for my dad who lives in Greenwood. I've been using a florist from a town north of there and had a hard time getting things ordered and delivered with short turnaround time. Last Friday I looked for a new florist online. I logged onto this website, selected flowers, added a note asking that they call my dad before delivering and then paid online. I was sure i had ordered too late for it to be delivered Sat and planned to call Sat morning to follow up. Instead I got an elated call from my dad Sat morning saying the incredibly beautiful bouquet had already been delivered! He liked that Seaford Florist called him before delivering just as I'd asked and been very friendly and professional. Amazing! I've never made a purchase with less effort. My instructions were followed to a T, all without personal intervention on my end. A fantastic customer service experience. I'll order from here every time from now in. Thanks!

Great customer service ladies are willing to do anything they can to assist
When we called the florist we explained to the florist clerk that we were from the Baltimore area and unfamiliar with vendors in the Delaware area. Just this morning, we heard a co-worker lost a close member of the family and we wanted to send our condolences in the form of a flower/fruit basket but the service was set for early afternoon. Surely, our chances of the delivery getting there in time would be slim. The clerk not only helped us with our selection but offered to email us when the basket arrived to ensure our co-worker was aware of it's arrival.
These ladies were a great help during a difficult time, & the store ihas such a very cozy feel insidie! I will definitely be using this florist from now on due to the great help & the beautiful flowers and how they followed thru on the arrangements we picked out.
Its no wonder this florist is a 4.5 Star!
