Very unprofessional place of business. I asked a simple question, "why is my mothers pay off more than it was 3 months ago, no late payments and even paid more that what was due for the last 3 months and now the payoff is higher?" The answer was basically that's how this works and sorry you feel this way and she hung up. Robbery is what this company is doing to the consumer. I don't know which is worst the fact that they are doing this to customers or the fact that this is legal in america sad.
Worse place ever. Customer service sucks. Customers being happy with there product is tree last thing they are concerned about. Their attitude is, your not happy, no big deal, give us your money and shut up. Would not suggest Aarons to my worst enemy

Staff has no communication skills call in to change some thing does not get changed so you get hounded for a week when they are in the wrong, and payoff changes from one month to the next by a large amount and watch your payments as they will put in the wrong amount would not recommend them and doubt I will ever go back
