I have been to your clinic many many times. My insurance has not changed. I’ve seen you through virtual visits on weekends when insurance company is closed it was never a problem. Tonight after a long long day I come to a place I trusted only to be Disappointed because you cannot call my ins company. I have ALWAYS paid my bills so to tell me I have to pay full fee is outrageous and uncalled for. I have always held the Henry’s in high regard but after tonight my opinion has changed. Just as i shared my what was always a positive experience I will share my disappointing experience tonight. I am utterly disappointed. I could understand if I’ve never been seen by you before but for someone who has been seen by you more than a dozen times it is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING to be treated that way. I am appalled. Our family has been here several times as is always quick service. Both Dr. Henrys' are great with the kids and it is appreciated that this office follows up with the children's pediatrician.
Amazed by this new phase of Medical Care that I believe only Ambient Medical Care offers in our area. All I had to do was simply log into Ambient Cares App that is free on the app store. Robert then was able to diagnose and treat me right through my computer while I was sitting at home. The convenience of not having to leave my house was simply amazing. And the best part was that my insurance covered it. I will be using this service again and again and again. I recommend others to try it. You will fall in love as well!
When you’re unable to get an appointment with your own PCP, and you are feeling crappy, the last thing you want to do is get up, get dressed and drive out to a clinic/emergency room where you may have to wait to be seen. Ambient’s telemedicine service was recommended and I loved it. Their app was simple to download and I received a quick response. Helen was spot on with my diagnosis and treatment. Ambient’s telemedicine service is supper convenient and you don’t have to leave the comfort of your home. Great service & staff.
