The staff was extremely friendly and well mannered. The rooms were clean and very roomy. Beds were very comfortable. Could not ask for a better hotel stay.
The rooms are very nice, they give you lots of pillows! Every staff member we came in contact with was very nice, helpful, and friendly. The indoor pool was nice. My grandson would have spent the whole weekend in it if we had let him. The rates we're very reasonable. They have breakfast downstairs which is nice. You can even make your own Belgian waffles! This was our 2nd stay here and we will be back.
It could have been cool but there was blood on the side of the mattress.
Saw improvement in this hotel compared to previous stays. Staff improvement overall. Beds were great - clean and comfortable! Cleanliness of stairwells has improved, but there are still a few cobwebs and some dust. Carpet had red juice stains. Lighting in room wasn't great but that's how many hotels are. Staff at check-in took forever to acknowledge me as I was standing there while they were talking to each other. Looking forward to the future renovation! I will stay there again next summer and check it out.
Decent accommodations and a good breakfast. It's a decent hotel room, but I don't consider it a suite.
