What felt like after a week of driving, I find this very large and very empty parking lot.

I hate you FedEx. I hate you so, so much.
Found my way to the FedEx office is seafood. Location is not really set up to handle customer visits as the entire site is chain link fenced off and locked. Was "buzzed in" and made way thru security. Waited 30 minutes as no one was "in the cage" or available to find my package. Another hour drive home. 2.5 hours wasted because the fed ex driver in my community was too lazy to stop.
Was home feet from my front door when the final delivery attempt was made. Driver didn't knock or ring the bell.
Waiting for a delivery today as I was tracking my package carefully. I cancelled all my plans as my signature was required. 6:00 am at seafood FedEx. 8:28 am on vehicle for delivery. 1:20 pm delivery exception. What?
They deliver in the middle of the day when no one is home and won't take the note I left saying to leave the package. Now I keep getting notifications that the delivery was rescheduled. They didn't even come to deliver the package today. Their support is worthless. This is the worst shipping company in this damn country. Avoid FedEx at all costs. UPS is a much better company.
Two weeks in a row packages for my neighbor has been delivered to my house. The drive is not taking the time read the house number! I don't mind bringing the package over, but what if I'm not home and they are waiting? When I called FedEx to let them know, I was told "you are wrong". How can I be wrong, when the house # on the package is not where is was left? This is not an issue where a signature was needed and we signed for it. It was simply left at the wrong house. Terrible custome sevice!
Now I am expected to drive the 40 minutes to pick up my merchandise.
I wish zero stars was an option. FedEx customer service assured me that the workers at FedEx in Seaford (a 50 minute drive through a post-apocalyptic agribusiness wasteland for me) would OF COURSE be open on Labor Day.
I just called fedex 2 pm as I have been home waiting all day. I learned the driver never stopped by since they tried already last week. He was even in my development so stopping was easy. Now the truck is back in seafood.
Unbelievable lack of customer focus and no accountability.
