Was supposed to get a subdivision for $750 ending up being $1450 because the surveyor left out the well the first time. Completely took it off my property. Second time he moved into my father in law's bean field. Third time he actually had to be baby Sat so he did it right. All after agreeing in the office to a specific layout on the map. Surveyor got paid for 5 hours at $75 an hour all for 35 minutes of work. In which case only 15 minutes of work was needed. I had also marked it with paint and stobs twice and it still wasn't don't properly. 3 months later. They were very rude to my father and mother in law when they went into the office one lady got really loud.
They did their work fast and and kept me updated throughout the process.
