Moved in August 2016. So far, so good.
Also, the grounds are covered in dog mess. Can't walk to your car without stepping in something horrible.

we absolutely love living here. the only thing we wish would be added is an area for the pets to be able to run off leash (fenced in dog area) i think a lot of the community would enjoy this. we would probably stay for many more years if you would add this. besides this the outside is well kept, the maintenance is on top of any request and the office manager and assistant is awesome!
This apartment complex is the best in Seaford. I have lived there for 2 years and have really enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood is well maintained and the office staff are excellent. The manager, Todd, is such a great person to work with and makes you feel very welcome. I highly recommend choosing this place to live!
Absolutely disgusted with these people. Don't expect to get your deposit back. Rented an apartment for 3 months. Took exceptional care of it. When we left they charged us to completely repaint the apartment - said it was company policy - no mention of that when you pay your deposit in good faith though! Also charged us a 'late fee' even though we'd paid everything up front that they'd asked for. Said they would refund this, but guess what - still waiting for that.
