When perusing the net for information about plumbing contractors, I ran across this explicit, hateful review. I noticed that it has been listed since December 31st, 2009, meaning google has allowed this review to exist for 2 weeks now. How does google not have the tools to police this type of activity. I am sure this is damaging to a company that may not even have any idea that google allows people to cyber assault businesses it lists in maps. It is also disturbing to we the users of google maps. We do not want to read cyber assaults when we are simply trying to get a bead on good busineesses. I am sure there must be some legal violations here from wrppdp and I hope google will turn over whatever data they have to track down this person who is using the web to slander and libel others. Perhaps they are a disgruntled customer, or worst, competition trying to trash this company. Either way, google must fix these clear violations or watch its google map review turn into a trash farm for the lowest common denominator amongst us.
Go here if your planning your dream bathroom. Great showroom. Knowledgeable sales staff. You are getting what you pay for at Elegant Designs. We were given estimated ship dates of every part and fixture and were told that our choice of vanities and sinks were back ordered from the factory and would be several weeks out. We were kept abreast of our order status and everything came in before or as promised. We were able to pick up individual items as needed while our contractor was working through the project. When at the parts counter picking things up I was the number one priority. All around top notch experience that needed to be shared.
While I don't know Elegant Designs, I will give them an excellent rating just to counter the trash that google has allowed to stay on their site for 2 weeks now.
