It was my first time shopping at this location. As such, I was very unfamiliar with where to locate what I needed. Every sales personnel I asked for assistance not only pointed me directly to the isle but a couple of them actually walked me there and assisted me to find what I was looking for. Since customer service is always very important to me, I must commend them all for being very helpful, friendly, and courteous.
Waited over 45 minutes for a item already paid for. Kathy at help desk was amazing, if not for her we would probably still be waiting. No one except Kathy had any initiative or what appeared any interest in helping the customer. Kathy had to ask everyone standing around looking at the floor and staring at their ghost ands t poo assis. Very unhappy with whole situation

Purchased a riding lawn mower last month. Seemed to be fine but then I had issues with it.... Called and spoke to Dorothy, the customer service representative. She was very, very helpful in assisting me through this situation! She was very professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Dorothy for your help! Then she put me through to the Seasonal Department for further assistance to get a replacement mower. Beth was very helpful and was instrumental in getting the Manager to assist me. Thank you Beth! Mike, the store mgr. was amazing in resolving the issue. He went above & beyond in making sure that we were able to exchange the mower for another, in spite of the fact it is the end of season and inventory items become limited. Thank you for all you do!
