Very unprofessional. They have called to cancel appointments twice but put down that I canceled both times. I tried to call today because my car broke down but I was so close I was going to walk but I would be 5 minutes late. It took 4 calls and 15 minutes just to get someone to take the call. When one did, I told her who I was scheduled to see and why I was calling. She cut me off by loud talking and asked for my birth date so she could look up who I was scheduled to see... After she figured it out, I informed her that I had already told her who I was scheduled to see. Then she put me on hold for 3-4 minutes so she could tell me I was already late... 3:01 for a 3:00. Very unprofessional.
Extremely long waiting time. Not enough doctors and there is no free wifi. Besides this I do not recommend
I wish I could give them no stars. They will cancel your appointment "because the provided isn't going to be in the office." They have canceled 75% of all our Drs appointments. They don't tell you till the last minute. Then they bump you back weeks... When you finally get in they get upset that you're behind on your visit. Really? Also, my husband waiting with my daughter outside for 15min past her appointment slot because the door was locked ! During office hours. When he finally got in and signed in it took them so long to check them in they put my daughter's appointment under a "no show". These people are awful. I've never written a negative review until now.
This is a very affordable place if you don't have insurance, I highly recommend it.
Always got to wait 1 hr to 1 and a half hours past my appointment time don't even inform you if something shows up on lab went threw pregnancy not knowing i was anemic and did not find out till pospotom visit 4 weeks after having my baby and while getting a iud put in the doctor was on the phone walking in and out the room with me laying on the table then knocked her stuff over and had to run out the room to get new ones didn't even sighn the consent for them to do the procedure till afterit was done i would not recommend anyone going
