This company (also called Alegro Luxury, is running a scam. IOt emails surveys supposed from major retail outlets such as Costco, offers to thank you for taking the survey by sending you a gift for only shipping and handling. What they don't tell you is they will bhill you for the entire item (about $90) and keep sending more without your permission. I finally was able to cancel after they sti98ffed me for $200.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. A friend bought something from a totally different company and wasn't able to check out until she clicked on a trial and now she keeps getting items she didn't know she signed up for. After calling, she was told that it was past the 14 day trial period, when in fact, she just received a 3rd item and a 4th was on the way. They wouldn't refund the last two which technically are within the 14 days. The customer service sucks and they are a bunch of liars that talk over you and try to keep selling you something even though you are looking to cancel what you currently have.
I don't know why American police not to stop it. It is a scam company. They sent me a advertisement that they give me luxury bag for just a few bucks because I am a lucky membership of Comcast when I pay the Comcast payment. and then after about 15 days, they discount my 200 bucks from my card without my confirm. after calling, they said it is past 15days not to cancel it. it is a really scam company. Hope greatest American police can do something to stop it.
