Both outside and inside staff gave probably the least concerned, laziest, rudest, and most ignorant service I have ever encountered in my 54 years. Their service actually rates less than zero.
Gave us a price on an RV and then told us it was the wrong one. RV was not cleaned well at delivery and the battery was dead. Gas tank only fill 1/3. Frank did his best to make things right but company needs better customer service policies from top down.
Never buy from here they promised one thing in the deal for my in laws then said they couldn't do it once everything went through. The salesman Nick only made the promises in the first place because he thought they wouldn't get financed for the camper they wanted. Then to his shock and loss they did!
We purchased a brand new Kodiak 3 months ago and have had nothing but problems from day 1. It has been in and out of service so many times! Super frustrating is putting it mildly. Forget trying to get answers from anyone. Literally just picked it up last week again, and it's still not fixed! I would never recommend buying from this location!!!
Salesman is a joke and try's to trick you as a single woman. I will never buy an Rv from Delmarva RV. I recommend Ocean RV. Easier to deal with and no haggling. Sorry bout ya luck Delmarva RV.
