From the moment I entered the showroom I was greeted by a salesman that helped me every step of the way. Hopkins definitely stands behind their vehicles and I know this first hand. Just to be honest, I had a minor issue with my vehicle but rest assured it was handled immediately and I haven't had any problems since! Don't buy a car from this place.The place is sketchy.They told me my husband's credit was locked and called the place it was never locked.Also they kept trying to put me in a car I didn't want and kept promising me they would get the car I did. The car they kept showing me was way over priced. I went that night to another dealer got approved for a 2015 mustang in perfect condition and didn't need any of the things they said i needed to bring them. Seriously BE CAREFUL BUYING A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE
They are very professional until they get what they want , ur signature and that check from the bank.. had issues with the vehicle .. and they were so willing to help me .... because the bank didnt cut them there check yet..... had issues couple weeks later ... but they didnt care about my issues or me anymore there whole atitutdes changed.. why? Because they got there check now....
every week my daughter is calling me telling me that her truck is not running properly something is wrong with transmission..they supposedly fix the problem 2 weeks ago over 15,000 for a vehicle bought from an auction ...i used to work at the auction ...and no paper work showing any work done to it....shady I say and just now I'm on the phone with my daughter it is October 6th of 2017 at 2:47 p.m. and she almost gets clobbered by an 18-wheeler and couldnt get it to stop so shes in a ditch with my two grandchildren in the truck with her because the transmission that they supposedly fixed messed up something better be done or I'm going to take care of it for them
